Facilitating Wellbeing Conversations Online Seminar

The Mental Health Foundation reports that better mental health support can save UK businesses up to £8 million a year. Whilst organisations are investing in mental health first aiders and regular wellbeing training, facilitating the conversations can be the most difficult part of supporting your employees.
