This course is suitable for School Business Managers, Senior Leadership Teams and Finance Officers working towards School Business Management.
The course presenter is the former Director of Finance for the Academies Enterprise Trust. Within this role, she had budgetary responsibility for twenty academies with a budget in excess of £150 million. She has over twenty-five years’ experience in local authority education finance including responsibility as a Bursar and School Finance Manager.
She has proven expertise in driving efficiency and productivity through the evaluation of systems and the implementation of process improvements.
Our presenter has additionally provided a Responsible Officer function for Essex schools and offers a training service for schools and governors on financial procedures and budget processes in academies.
