Here we endeavour to answer the most Frequently Asked Questions about our training:

What is the booking procedure?
You can make a booking by phone, post, fax, email or the website.
Once received and processed, we will send you a booking acknowledgement via email.
Then, 10-14 days before the event, we will email you full joining instructions including information on how to find the venue and anything else you need to know.
We will only invoice you once an event is confirmed to run. You also have the option to pay online.
We advise delegates not to book any travel arrangements until an event is confirmed.
Since most of our communications with delegates are electronic, it is very important we have accurate email contacts for all delegates.

Do you offer any discounts on prices?
Yes! Multiple delegate booking discounts are available on most full price, one day courses as follows:
Send TWO delegates and the second receives £25 off
Send THREE delegates and the third receives £75 off
Send FOUR delegates and the fourth goes free!
Note that multiple delegate booking discounts are only valid for the SAME course and when ALL delegates can attend. The bookings must all be made together in the first instance.

We also offer Early Bird discounts for conference bookings and these will be noted on the relevant course pages.
From time-to-time, we will offer a loyalty discount to existing customers – subscribe to our email newsletters via the form in the footer below to make sure you don’t miss out!

What are the terms and conditions for my booking?
RTA appreciates that circumstances change on a daily basis and there will be times when cancellations are inevitable. For cancellations made within 14 days of the original booking date, no cancellation fee will apply. After that, cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of £90+VAT. Substitutions can be made at any time for no additional charge.
Once inside the final 14 days leading to an event, RTA has made financial outlays that are non-redeemable and cancellations will be subject to 100% of the invoice value (even in cases such as Short Notice Ofsted Inspections or inclement weather). Colleagues are welcome to transfer to an alternative event (to be held within 12 months of the cancellation date) and will be subject to an additional transfer fee per delegate of £60+VAT.
RTA does not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays.
RTA reserves the right to change the programme, presenter or venue should circumstances beyond their control necessitate it. We also reserve the right at our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the event, in which instance all monies paid will be refunded.
All invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
